Voice Artist Registration - Terms and conditions
- All Voice Artist Bookings will be done through Voice-Artist.co.za .
- Payment will ONLY be made to Artists once we have been paid by the client - normally within 7 days from date of recording.
- It is the responsibility of the artist to be available for the recording time and venue.
The recording will be done by AumRecording
or other studio facilities may be used.
We will advise you in good time of the recording venue, date and time.
- No artist will be added to the library and be eligible for work unless they have submitted a studio recording that showcases their talent.
- Be professional - be on time, take direction from clients/ producer or engineer.
- Registration on the library database DOES NOT Guarantee Work.
Voice Artist Registration - Process
- Complete the registration form and click submit.
Demos need to be of the highest quality preferably without any room sound /delay or reverb.
- If you do not have a professional demo, you need to book a recording session. Three to five voice over scripts should be recorded. A booking invoice will be emailed to you.
- Payment for a recording session needs to be received at least 5 days before booking a session.
Only once payment is received, is the recording session confirmed.
- Information regarding your contact details, experience, the languages you can speak and any other talents like accents or singing are needed.
- Once your voice recording session has been edited enhanced and filed, we will load you onto our database and showcase your 30-60 second sound clip on the website.
- If a client is interested in your voice, more clips of you can be sent to them from us.
